Crete, Greece - July 2013

My first trip to Greece started on the island of Crete. An island with a long and rich history notable as Europe's first center of advanced civilization. The largest of the Greek islands and 5th in the Mediterranean Sea.

While I didn't make it to the east coast of the island, my highlights included points to the west including Balos, Falassama Beach, Old Chania, and the amazingly gorgeous Metohi Kindelis Luxury Boutique Hotel (a farmhouse dating back to the 1650 beautifully restored to a 3 guesthouse boutique luxury hotel).

If you are interested in buying any of my photos, drop me an email @ with your inquiry. In the coming weeks, I will set up the shop page to simplify this process.
